Oftentimes when a family is hit with a long-term health issue, taking care of a loved one and juggling your other responsibilities can be overwhelming.  Nursing homes and assisted living can be options, however, the familiarity of home and family can make a difference in the overall health, recovery, and quality of living of the patient.
