I'm a devoted family man and father of five incredible children, including four daughters, Addison, Chloe, Olivia, and Isabel, and one son, Benicio. My loving wife, Scarlett, is my anchor and source of inspiration.

In my free time, I'm an avid sports enthusiast, with a passion for wrestling, rugby, golf, fly fishing, and snowboarding. These activities not only keep me active but also fuel my competitive spirit and love for the outdoors.

I'm deeply involved in my community and have a strong commitment to my faith. I'm an active member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, where I find purpose in combining spirituality with sports. I currently coach high school wrestling at Meridian High School, where I have the privilege of shaping young athletes into champions, both on and off the mat.

Professional Journey: For the past 25 years, I've dedicated my career to home care, working tirelessly to improve the lives of those in need. I believe in holistic care and have been a part of the industry's evolution, always striving for excellence. I have grown and managed home care agencies across the US working every role within. I believe in giving our clients the experience that I expect to receive when I get to the point that I need care.

I am Lauren Mcgraw, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the senior care industry. As a Senior Sales Leader, I've dedicated my career to improving the quality of life for seniors and their families.

My journey in senior care began when I started selling Durable Medical Equipment in my hometown of Frederick, MD. Through networking and community involvement, I transitioned to Senior Living, where I led a marketing team for a prominent Senior Living Community. Later on, I was approached by a leading Home Care Agency, igniting a new passion in me for providing one-on-one care to seniors in need.

My leadership style is characterised by empathy, trust-building, and a deep understanding of my clients' needs. My skills in prospecting and building strategic partnerships have allowed me to expand my network and deliver immense value to the healthcare markets I serve.

In addition to my sales expertise, I pride myself on being a tech-savvy innovator. I believe in harnessing the power of technology to enhance the quality of care and to streamline processes. My commitment to keeping pace with industry trends has led to the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

My dedication isn't just limited to my professional life. I actively volunteer and support various senior-focused charitable organizations, like the Alzheimer's Association. I am a true advocate for seniors and their well-being, in both my career and my community involvement.

On a personal note, I am blessed with three amazing daughters, a slobbery English bulldog, and a cat. I also have a loving husband who beautifully endures all the passionate female energy in our home!

With over 20 years of experience in the homecare/hospitality experience, Kelda brings a fresh look on operational expertise. Kelda's career started in sales & marketing - while she grew in her role, fixing problems, and identifying better ways to operate, she found herself transitioning to an operations role in the last 12 years.

She is everyones cheerleader! Kelda lives in Seattle, WA has a beautiful family with two boys Alex (11) and Kohen (8). She loves to dance, and spending time traveling with her family and friends.
