I am Lauren Mcgraw, a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in the senior care industry. As a Senior Sales Leader, I've dedicated my career to improving the quality of life for seniors and their families.

My journey in senior care began when I started selling Durable Medical Equipment in my hometown of Frederick, MD. Through networking and community involvement, I transitioned to Senior Living, where I led a marketing team for a prominent Senior Living Community. Later on, I was approached by a leading Home Care Agency, igniting a new passion in me for providing one-on-one care to seniors in need.

My leadership style is characterised by empathy, trust-building, and a deep understanding of my clients' needs. My skills in prospecting and building strategic partnerships have allowed me to expand my network and deliver immense value to the healthcare markets I serve.

In addition to my sales expertise, I pride myself on being a tech-savvy innovator. I believe in harnessing the power of technology to enhance the quality of care and to streamline processes. My commitment to keeping pace with industry trends has led to the successful implementation of cutting-edge solutions.

My dedication isn't just limited to my professional life. I actively volunteer and support various senior-focused charitable organizations, like the Alzheimer's Association. I am a true advocate for seniors and their well-being, in both my career and my community involvement.

On a personal note, I am blessed with three amazing daughters, a slobbery English bulldog, and a cat. I also have a loving husband who beautifully endures all the passionate female energy in our home!

Outside of work, Tricia enjoys mentoring others, staying active, and spending time with her family. Her vision and leadership inspire those around her to strive for greatness every day.

I effectively explain complicated processes to new and existing colleagues and clients, resulting in the highest level of customer service. I have consistently exceeded all of my nursing, management, and sales goals throughout my career because of my strong drive to succeed and care for others. I have excellent relationship building skills. I am committed to continuous growth, both personally and professionally. I am on the board of the Senior Provider Information Network; the Healthy Aging Leadership Team committee; and was on the Elder Services Provider Council Board. I am a mentor and volunteer. I believe in order to be a successful and productive member of my team, I must lead by example, and maintain my strong moral standards. Every day is a learning opportunity and every morning I want to learn something new to help more people!
