Jen Taylor has served  the Spokane community in the home care industry for the last 25 years. Her joy and passion is caring for our older adults. Since starting this path she returned to school three times to earn her Bachelors in Social Work,  a Masters in Geriatric Health and a certificate in Nonprofit Management and Leadership.  In 2022 she took the step to become a nationally certified Geriatric Care Manager. 

Jen  raised a daughter and twin sons who are all grown and are also working in the health care industry.  She adores spending time with family  and her beloved dog Hercules.  Beyond that, Jen works to travel the world and had been to Thailand,  Paris,  Dominican Republic, and several parts of Mexico and the U.S.

Amy brings a wealth of experience, having spent the last 7 years as a staffing manager in the home care field, overseeing services that reached up to 5000 hours per week. Before this role, she worked in various specialized areas within the healthcare sector, including medical and specialty transportation, as well as providing payee services for vulnerable adults. 

As a mother of?three—two daughters and a son—and a proud grandmother to three grandchildren, Amy's life is filled with love and family. While she's explored places like Israel, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico, her roots remain in Spokane. 

What truly ignites her passion in her work is cultivating meaningful relationships with care partners, earning their trust along the way. Building these connections is her favorite and most rewarding aspect of what she does.
