As Client Experience Manager, Robert Snow has spent most of his career working in the healthcare field. He has worked as a rehab technician, HIMS director, Care at Home Specialist, and an account executive in both a hospital as well as skilled nursing facility. Working at Greenstaff Homecare, he is able to use all the skills and knowledge from his well-rounded past in healthcare to serve clients as a Client Experience Manager as a community resource.

In his free time, Robert enjoys the outdoors, fishing, hiking & playing softball. He is an avid collector of baseball cards and enjoys traveling as well as spending quality time with family.

Cynthia brings over a decade of valuable experience in the senior care industry. Throughout her career, she has dedicated her efforts to developing businesses across all facets of senior living, ranging from Independent Living and Assisted Living to Specialized Memory Care, Skilled Nursing, and, most recently, Home Care. Cynthia holds specialized certifications in various therapy programs, allowing her to seamlessly integrate her passion for serving seniors and understanding their needs. This integration has enabled her to forge robust partnerships and strategic alignments within the broader senior care industry.

Before her focus on senior care, Cynthia accumulated 15 years of expertise in marketing, sales, branding, and business development across diverse industries. She holds a master's degree in Media Literacy and has earned recognition as an award-winning journalist.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Cynthia is a dedicated mother to three adult sons, including twins, and has two stepchildren with her husband Carlos. An enthusiastic animal lover, she finds joy in playing the piano, composing music, and engaging in various sports activities.
